Our diversity and inclusion efforts will focus on:

Our diversity and inclusion objectives, and progress towards achieving them, will be assessed annually to ensure they align with our business and talent objectives.

Triad assesses our job requests and communicates with a comprehensive range of diverse candidates. Our staffing specialists support this commitment by successfully building a diverse talent base. We recruit from various source pools (online, job fairs, referrals, word of mouth) and we attend local and national diversity recruiting events to identify talent. We support these efforts by developing and implementing recruiting plans that align to areas of underutilization. We offer employee incentive referral programs aiming to attract more talent through the use of social media. We actively recruit diverse talent for targeted job requests and provide our customers with a diverse range of candidates. We do not include personal information on resumes allowing the Resume to speak for itself.

Triad staff Identifies and attends local and national diversity recruiting events. Our in-house Database is used to identify and recruit a diverse pool of qualified talent.  Utilizing refined search techniques, qualified pipelines of diverse talent can be targeted for current or future needs. We conduct analysis and develop recommendations regarding diversity staffing plans on an on-going basis.
